As a Sales Representative, you will perform activities involving sales, advice and guidance of the ordering process, as well as sales management for our client services. You will contribute directly to achieving the objectives of the activity by managing the sales territory (Dolj, Olt, Valcea, Mehedinti), and the assigned portfolio by gaining new customers and maintaining existing ones.

Your responsbilities will be:

  • To sell company products and services, that are not currently part of the existing portfolio of clients and achieving an individual new sales quota and will executive tasks such as prospecting, qualifying opportunities, discovering prospect’s needs, recommending solutions, submitting proposals, negotiating, closing sales and building relationship with the account until it’s transferred to an Account executive’s portfolio.
  • Retention of contracts and profitability with these existing clients as well as expanding the relationship with them by introducing new products or services (or expanding usage of existing products).
  • Prospect for potential clients in the assign territory, using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
  • Be able to identify and record adequate level of information to open future opportunities (if exists) in a right way. Budget, Authority, business of account needs, recommending solutions, time to deliver benefit (BANT);
  • Qualifie further the lead respecting defined criteria.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with clients; by meeting the retention rate provided in its portfolio and ensuring profitability growth. Perform cross/upselling proposals that meet the clients’ expectations.
  • Report on sales activity with detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (CRM tool).
  • To follow all the necessary stages in planning and preparing the activity and following the sales actions.
  • To draw up an efficient travel plan to optimally cover the territory / portfolio, with a minimum of time spent in the car.
  • Establish effective relationship with other departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Financial, IT etc).


Studies: Minimum University degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics or any related fields (Commercial, Marketing, etc).

Experience: min. 2-3 year in similar Sales B2B role;

Technical Competencies:

  • CRM knowledge (Sales force);
  • Office 360;
  • Local Employee Benefits Legislation;
  • Local product specifics (technical, legal, social aspects);
  • KPIs (data) understanding;

  • English skills- medium level (written and spoken);
  • Driving license: B;
  • Availability to travel by car in the assigned area.
