Job description

Key tasks:

  • ensure availability, functionality and efficiency of IT services;
  • manage and coordinate delivery processes and activities with internal and external IT service providers;
  • manage the daily ongoing activities related to incident, service request, change and release management processes;
  • SLA follow-up;
  • give input to continues service improvement;
  • communication to end users and local business units;
  • ensure local knowledge and understanding of the established delivery processes for central IT services, and give process support when necessary;
  • being the contact point and coordinator of local contribution related to central changes;
  • escalation point for local business units related to incidents, problems and change requests.


Requirements

  • experience in working with IT Service management (service level agreement management, service change management and service delivery performance management/metrics;
  • experience with the practical application of the ITIL framework in Service Delivery;
  • fluent in English;
  • strong communication skills.
