For a major international tobacco producer with over 44,000 employees in 130 countries, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition with relocation in Poland.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required

At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferrably with recruitment experience in a Shared Service environment. Agency experience is an added value.

Fluent written and spoken English, any other languages would be an asset

Strong knowlege of the Talent Attraction/Acquisition.

Mastery of the recruitment lifecycle: interviewing and time management skills;

Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems preferred;

Assessment tools and techniques experience would be a plus;

MS Office package user

 

Position Purpose (why the position exists, within what limits and with what objectives)

Working closely with hiring managers and entity P&C Business Partners; the Talent Advisor is responsible for the end to end recruitment process ensuring a timely and effective hiring process, in line with predefined metrics laid out in the SLA.

 

Identifies the requirements for open and future positions, develop recruitment scenarios for various roles. Communicates on need identification, establish assessment criteria and provide relevant short lists of candidate pipelines ensuring status reports are up to date and reflect current pipeline statuses at all times.

 

The Incumbent ensures a best in-class candidate experience for all interal and external candidates participating to the hiring process. Gives hiring managers advice and guidance on their role and obligations in the recruitment process.

On vacancy release, Talent Advisors lead briefing and consultation meeting with Hiring Managers to determine requirements, agree sourcing and selection process and provide insights that may impact approach – with input from Sourcers.
