Job description

This is the role we propose to you!

- coordinating the full execution of the recruitment process from assessing the clients'needs until the fulfillment of the vacancies;

- building lasting client and candidate relationships, communicating with candidates and managers during the entire recruitment process ;

- using innovative sourcing and networking techniques to identify and attract the best talents on the market;

- evaluating the candidates using different methods: phone screening, testing, interviewing;

- developing active pool of talents using diverse platforms;

- building and developing of own network among candidates and clients


Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful

- minimum 1 year of work experience in recruitment roles;

- open personality: likes interacting with people, interested in others, a real team-player;

- bright and sharp mind with a "go-getting'' attitude and assertive communication;

- energetic, result-oriented and proactive approach;

- negotiation skills with a consultative approach;

- university degree;

- fluency in English
