Job description

• Complete management of recruitment and selection projects from recruitment to finding the best candidates to placement
• Creative searches in IT field 
• Labor market mapping and monitoring
• High level application of various sourcing techniques
• Professional (online or in-person) interviewing and support of candidates during the selection process
• Introducing and selling Randstad's services to existing and potential customers
• Establishing and continuously expanding a network of contacts from both the client and candidate side

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the field of recruitment / sourcing - we are especially glad if you have already done engineering or IT searches
• Creativity and persistent momentum: not always easy to find the perfect candidate for IT, but you never give up
• You have a higher education degree and you can communicate confidently in English (at least intermediate level)
• Your communication is assertive with all clients, candidates and colleagues
• You can and love to work and think in a team, you love spinning, you consider yourself a proactive and recovering person
