Job description

This is the role we propose to you!

  • responsible & fully accountable for the payroll of multiple clients;
  • responsible for scheduling and running the assigned client payrolls by following standard operating procedures;
  • maintains complete, accurate and timely client and employee records based on real time requests;
  • utilize all internal tools & defined processes to ensure optimal productivity and service excellence 


Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

  • minimum 4 years of work experience in payroll execution in a company of 200+ employees; preferably experience in recruitment and staffing agencies;
  • excellent knowledge of payroll administration;
  • excellent knowledge of the Romanian labor law;
  • excellent knowledge of payroll software programs;
  • organisational skills, accuracy and detail orientation;
  • bright and sharp mind with a "go-getting'' attitude and assertive communication;
  • energetic, result-oriented and proactive approach;
  • university degree;
  • medium English level
