Job description

The Human Resources Business Partner manages the day-to-day operations related to the Human Resource function being main point of contact for all HR related matters. Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs. Assures the compliance with all the local laws and regulations of the countries within the region of responsibility. Monitors the recruiting and staffing process. Supervises the Performance Management Process, the local payroll and the Compensation Review Cycle. Plays active role in the employee orientation, development and training, as well as the compensation and benefits administration.


Who you are:

  • Relevant University degree
  • Very good knowledge of local laws and regulations
  • Similar professional experience (at least 3-4 years)
  • Verbal and written English is a must
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Proven ability to handle high complexity /changes and confidential processes
  • Goal oriented individual, able to deliver upon objective and effective in managing HR projects
  • Eager to learn about different cultures and HR environments
