Job description

This is the role we propose to you!

  • developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and offering Human Resources administration support; 
  • prepare the legal required documents for employment contracts initiation and closure;
  • updating files with employees;
  • helping clients through e-mail, phone, online calls and in person meetings in payroll, HR, labor legislation issues; 
  • serve as the point of contact for all employee matters and provide guidance to the employees;
  • preparing different HR, payroll, statistic reports for accounting and auditing purposes;
  • update all the employment changes related to the individual labor


Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

  • minimum 2 year of work experience in HR Admin preferably in recruitment and staffing agencies
  • open personality: likes interacting with people, interested in others, a real team-player;
  • bright and sharp mind with a "go-getting'' attitude and assertive communication;
  • energetic, result-oriented and proactive approach;
  • negotiation skills with a consultative approach;
  • university degree;
  • medium English level.
