Job description

  • build strategic working relationships with the management team. Seek and share information and use appropriate influence strategies to gain genuine commitment;
  • lead the delivery of human resource services through fostering a customer-centric culture;
  • manage the design and implement of human resource initiatives, programs and policies to meet strategic business needs;
  • implement and maintain human resource best practice;
  • manage and/or investigate employee relations situations, identify trends in employee relations cases to address root cause (helping to reduce absenteeism and/or turnover); educate managers on how to handle situations more effectively;
  • partner with management team to identify talent and create targeted development plans as well as identify non-training development opportunities for high potential employees;
  • ensure competitive reward package, reward high performers;
  • address internal equity issues;
  • provide consultation and coaching to employees and act as employee advocate as needed;
  • set an example in behavior, championing values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect;
  • work with management team to implement tools and processes for improvement;
  • perform other duties as agreed with the management team.


Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
  • 6-10 years’ experience in a HR role, with experience in full life cycle recruiting, organizational planning, rewards and recognition, talent management;
  • knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources Management and Labor Law;
  • ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization;
  • excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • ability to contribute to decision-making affecting solutions team’s strategy;
  • ability to plan and coordinate many projects simultaneously.
