Seek and share information and use appropriate influence strategies to gain genuine commitment;lead the delivery of human resource services through fostering a customer-centric culture;manage the design and implement of human resource initiatives, programs and policies to meet strategic business needs;implement and maintain human resource best practice;manage and/or investigate employee relations situations, identify trends in employee relations cases to address root cause (helping to reduce absenteeism and/or turnover); educate managers on how to handle situations more effectively;partner with management team to identify talent and create targeted development plans as well as identify non-training development opportunities for high potential employees;ensure competitive reward package, reward high performers;address internal equity issues;provide consultation and coaching to employees and act as employee advocate as needed;set an example in behavior, championing values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect;work with management team to implement tools and processes for improvement;perform other duties as agreed with the management team.RequirementsUniversity degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;6-10 years’ experience in a HR role, with experience in full life cycle recruiting, organizational planning, rewards and recognition, talent management;knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources Management and Labor Law;ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization;excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality.
