This is the role we propose for you!

● market research and cold-calling potential clients

● building lasting client and candidate relationships, communicating with candidates and managers during the entire recruitment process

● full execution of the recruitment process from job-intake until the fulfillment of the vacancies

● using and continuously seeking for creative and innovative sourcing and networking techniques to identify and attract the best talents on the market

● maintaining and managing information within company systems about candidates and clients

● building and developing own network among candidates and clients by attending conferences and professional events.


Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

● minimum of 1 year of work experience in recruitment;

● open personality: likes interacting with people, interested in others, a real team-player;

● a bright and sharp mind with a "go-getting'' attitude and assertive communication;

● energetic, result-oriented and proactive approach;

● negotiation skills with a consultative approach;

● university degree;

● very good English skills.
