Job description

• work in very close collaboration with our Distributors to create actionable Channel / Customer Growth Initiatives.
• plays a key role in engaging stakeholders behind our vision, priorities and plans
• ensure best practice sharing and deployment of initiatives across channels and Greater Europe countries.
• analyze market dynamics, trends and track competitor’s activity  
• maintain customer relationships for future purchases
• develop promotional guidelines and strategies, define key success factors for maximum promotional ROI across all promotions and mechanics.
• leadership of the field merchandising strategy with tracking of performance and ROI metrics.
• localization and creation of marketing materials & content, particularly producing effective point of sale materials to drive brand awareness and conversion.
• develop meaningful selling stories to support launches / growth initiatives.

Requirements

• bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience ideally in a FMCG / Retail environment (experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, brand management, product management or category management)
• strong analytical skills to interpret and understand business and market dynamics.
• can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately, is future oriented, can
• create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans.
• a self-reliant and proactive work mode, is comfortable working alone on a tough assignment. 
• fluency in Romanian and English (both speaking and writing), other languages are a plus.
