What you are going to do:

• Perform monitoring tasks to ensure service availability
• Take action on specific system in case of service/system/function failure
• Alert Level 2 and stakeholders of any service interruption based on the communication matrix
• Resolve Level 1 issues related to connectivity / data integration / database availability / etc
• Perform basic database administration tasks
• Perform basic Tableau Server administration tasks
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions for new implementations
• Update system documentation for new implementations
• Basic ETL jobs creation

What we need from you:

• Hands-on experience, industry agnostic
• Intermediate data querying skills (SQL)
• ETL concepts knowledge, tool agnostic
• Database administration concepts
• System architecture concepts
• Ability to work in shifts - daytime only
• Willingness to learn
• Fluent English

Extra:

• Experience in working with Tableau Software 
• Experience in working with Vertica 
• Experience in working with Talend Data Integration
