Senior Lead, AR Web Developer/ 5+years of experience

Main role responsibilities:

• Write image processing algorithms using WebGL
• Optimize compute heavy operations on GPU and CPU
• Understand performance implications of solutions developed
• Implement applications on front-end framework: Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, Python
• Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and adhere to coding & branching principles
• Utilize caching and security strategies to build applications with performance and security
• Integrate GraphQL in front end applications
• Write solution design documentation
• Document solution implementation details
• Break down requirements into technical tasks and providing estimates
• Use git version control

Development & Support

• Contributes high-quality code and adherence to applicable standards in solution delivery
• Participates in code reviews
• Assists in developing technical documentation.
• Provides mentoring on best practices to junior team members

Planning, Tracking & Estimation

• Contributes to task estimation
• Isolate & Analyze issues and resolve them 
• Identifies and escalates risks to team lead
• Contributes to improving existing methodology, processes, tools and technology standards

Qualifications

Technical skills 

• Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, Python
• AR WebSDK, PWA AR WebSDK

Qualifications 

• Excellent coder and application architect
• Knowledgeable and experienced in integrating machine learning models
• Experienced with effective communication of technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders 
• Efficient problem-solving skills to mediate and identify solutions
• Experienced with containerization, microservices architecture, continuous integration, and delivery.
• Solid understanding of technical principles across SDLC to enforce them across the teams
• Experienced in Agile Development
