ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Incident management:
First level of support concerning user IT requests;
Ticket classification and prioritization;
Ticket management and monitoring;
Problem investigation;
Problem solving: applying workaround to fix the issues;
Incident closure and feedback.
 
Service request management:
Dealing authorization requests like Mailbox, Active Directory and ERP;
PC desktop, laptop and smartphone configuration and installation.
 
REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES
Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Economics. 
Previous experience in a similar role- 1 year.
