As a Data Associate, you will work on speech and text data in a back-office environment. Experience in this field is not necessary, you will learn everything you need to know on the job. What we value is your passion for problem-solving, attention to details and ability to adapt to dynamic changes in the business.

The key point of activity

• Work with text, speech and other types of data and attach tags to the contents, at scale;
• Deliver high quality of labelled data, leveraging guidelines to meet specific key performance indicators, and using in-house tools and software;
• Report issues with tools and software to the development team when necessary;
• Provide feedback for improvements to existing tooling that can increase labelling throughput and quality;
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.

Requirements

Skills and experience you'll need to be successful in this role

• An enthusiastic mindset;
• A Bachelor's Degree;
• An intermediate written and oral communication skills of English (B1-B2) and an intermediate-advanced level of FrenchLanguage (B2-C1);
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills;
• Good MS Office skills especially MS Excel;
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.
