Job description

SAP Plant Coordination

• Coordination and support for Process Owners, Process Experts and Key users in regards with deployment and implementation of changes within all SAP modules and new interfaces  
• Build and extend the know-how abilities of Process Owners
• Ensure networking and collaboration with BBM( Bosch Mobility Sector ) for process optimization
• Managing local access rights
• Resource Manager for BBM-PST (Process Solution Teams) host & contractor.

Plant Infrastructure coordination

• Build and ensure a communication channel for IT topics at location and vice versa
• Follow up and optimization of IT cost controlling in location act as a partner for IT planning
• Coordination of infrastructure projects in collaboration with CI and development team
• Ensure alignment of local IT at central guidelines (CI) and business strategy  

Landscape Management

• Responsible for planning and documentation of the application landscape in the responsible domain
• Ensure compliance and coordinate authorization topics for non-SAP application in the plant (LeanIX, IdM integration, IT architecture in PC departments) 
• Responsible for AIM and LAC at plant level

• Ensure compliance with of software leniencies according to Central Directive

• Coordinate activities related with, GDPR, Cardio (Recertification of Assigned Access Rights), Awareness topics, User check (NT, IDM, recourse, WOM unit checks)

• Supports the departments in the following topics: Resource user, IT role concept, TISAX audit, ISP base audit 

Requirements

• Personality: able to coach and convince staff, resilient
• Working Practice: structured work behavior, very good ability for follow up
• Experience and Knowledge:  experience in leadership, SAP modules, technical background, RPA processes and tools
• Qualifications: technical knowledge in SAP for production, production controlling know-haw                    
• Enthusiasm: self-motivated, always striving to improve the actual state, future oriented
• Languages: good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
• Education: completed Technical University/ Economics degree
