Job description

- technical and sales support, and individual sales to the ID B2B market segment;
- understand the company's products and solutions for the commercial market segment and actively promote and sell these products and solutions directly and through our partners;
- full technical understanding and knowledge of the product categories and solutions, to support the Key Account Managers (KAM) in technical, technology and solution maters. Main focus on the Romania ID market;
- learn the technical / technology background of companie's solution areas and products categories belonging to ID;
- manage individual sales projects and end user customer accounts where “technical sales” approach required;
- develop materials, incl. presentations, documentations, marketing materials, contents, sales proposals, training materials for ID sales organization, for partners and end user customers in the selected region;
- provide training and/or presentations regarding the ID solution areas and product groups;
- provide technical support to KAM to expand sales capability on the Romanian ID market by combining the KAM customer relationship resources with highest level of product, technology and solution knowledge;
- expand sales scope by solution offerings and direct support to end-user solution planning on own accounts and on the KAM accounts.

Requirements

- graduation in IT and/or Electronics;
- english language skills: professional level;
- word advanced = bookmarks, review and apply changes, merge mails;
- HTML: Being able to enter basic HTML control and content commands through text editor. Understand the structure of WEB programming architecture.
- requested experience: presales technical support, consultative sales, product management, partner management, presentation/training.
- high level of technology understanding;
- proactive, problem solving attitude;
- excellent communication and presentation skills.
