We're looking for a skilled and passionate Demand Planner Manager who wants to make a difference.

Job description

- develop and timely update monthly MoBu RMC Sales Outlook, based on market dynamics analysis, Sales and Marketing activities, etc. ;
- responsible for Monthly RMC Outlook and ASP/SPC proposals at channel and product level;
- perform RMC sales and distribution forecasts for new launches based on input from key stakeholders;
- develop requested or necessary RMC IS/IMS scenarios and backup plans for available and planned projects;
- develop monthly RMC forecast for production planning WebTool;
- develop management reviews, prepare relevant data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented, guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs;
- monitor RMC IMS/IS status vs. annual/monthly target, providing recommendations on the amendment of the situation;
- analyse periodically RTM KPI and provide recommandations & action plans to maximize the results within allocated area;
- give support for Trade and Consumer Programs development and performance monitoring;l;
- implement, monitor and support the short term forecasting model for Field Force Managers;
- ensure data consolidation for QPIP and SIP and other motivational programs for field force and distributor. Monitor and communicate progress achieved and final results;
- responsible to lead Trade and Channel segmentation process, develops KPIs and controls execution;
- responsible for Field Force clustering process using available data sources and leading new data gatherings;
- support team memebers in efficiently and accuratly placing FG orders;
- clarify and detail qualitative details regarding shipment forecast, take into account supply constraints and recommendations.


- 3 years experience in Sales, Commercial Planning, with good data analysis and reporting implications;
- good communication and analytical skills;
- good business acumen;
- basic financial knowledge;
-basic brand marketing knowledge;
- good understanding of commercial business models, portfolio, distribution model and sales operations;
- good forecasting skills;
- strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint);
- good understading of ERP and CRM tools, SAP, Entersoft knowledge represents a plus"
- strong English knowledge (both spoken and written), other language represents a plus.
