This position is an exciting career opportunity for those who speak French fluently and aim to maximize their communication and problem-solving skills. As a Resolution and Support Agent you will be primarily responsible for providing assistance to our internal customers with respect to the Procure-to-Pay process and the expense reporting process.

Job description

-Answer calls and emails, document and record all incidents / requests submitted with the ticket management system;
-Manage requests for finance processes (internal and external) and provide a solution;
-Reconcile accounts payable when necessary;
-Conduct root cause analysis, identify problem / gap and provide solution;
-Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems;
-Share knowledge by contributing to the creation / update of team procedures and documents;
-Perform any other duties related to the activities of the Resolution and Support Team;


-Knowledge of French (B2+);
-Knowledge of English (B2+);
-Excellent communication skills;
-Experience in customer service - nice to have;
-Knowledge of the procurement process until payment;
-Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
-Basic knowledge of Oracle or other ERP an asset;
-University degree (in economics is an asset) or relevant work experience;
