As a Lead Research Specialist, you are responsible for managing inventory-related tasks and to support seamless listing production process in each of the company theme vacation.

Job description

You will join the team first layer of Supply and will be tasked with surfing the Internet in search of specific theme-related holiday packages, valuable destination data, or potential holiday organizers that would be eligible to become our partners.
In practice, this means that you will have to browse multiple channels, such as Search Engines, Review Platforms, Social Media, and others, in order to find retreats happening in particular target destinations, as well as extract data of potential partner organizers and the retreats, holidays, or trainings that they offer.
By doing this, you will be contributing to the growth of the company ever-expanding database, and provide valuable leads for our Acquisition specialists to contact and sign up.

Market research new suppliers 40 – 60% of the work week
Keeping supplier databases up to date
Vetting new suppliers 10 – 20% of work week
Administrative support

Your level of responsibility and tasks will grow quickly based on performance excellence. We are also looking for people who can develop on a personal and professional scale along with our growing business.

You will receive an intensive training and work closely with your colleagues in the Acquisition Team to ensure that the work is clear for you. We will make sure the work is well prioritized and scoped for you to deliver successfully. You will be submitting daily progress reports and we will have weekly VoIP conference calls. When needed, we will have email or direct telephone contact. You will maintain our high-quality standards in every aspect of the job.


- At least a Bach - Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants may apply.
- Excellent English (US) written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer (Microsoft Office) skills.
- Ability to stay focused while working on large tasks, while retaining close attention to detail

- Experience or affinity with the tourism industry is a plus.
- Experience living/traveling in an English speaking country is a plus.
- Experience using a range of online tools and services (eg: wiki and blogs).
- Experience using photo editing tools (eg: Paint, , Photoshop).
- Basic understanding of Internet Marketing / SEO.
