Requirements

  • University degree in Management, Engineering or equivalent education;
  • Industry/ quality control experience;
  • English fluent
  • Cross functional experience in Customer Service, Sales and Product Management;
  • Exhaustive experience in dealing day by day with the Customers, supporting them on technical issues;
  • Habit to work in an Industrial environment; (preference)
  • Willing to travel 
  • Clean Driver Licence;


Offer

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and visit the clients across SEE countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Greece);
  • Guarantee that all claims from the customers are answered, have the right treatment and give feedback about the corrective and preventive actions;
  • Work on that claims with the better approach to improve the quality and anticipate the problems;
  • Support Customers on new projects, new product design and new homologations;
  • Ensures that the highest level of service is consistently provided to Customers;
  • Ensures that relationships with Customers are maintained and improved;
  • Cross functional with Procurement, Quality and Operations - to champion the customer needs through influencing and making decisions regarding customer sales and delivery;
  • Visit Company's plants and European headquarter whenever needed.
