as HR Business Partner in Randstad Romania (global leader in HR Services), you will play a very important part as you will be involved in driving the business needs through HR perspective in Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Development, L&D, and Employee Engagement; The role involves frequent interactions of the Country Manager and the global and local leadership team.

Job description

the MAGIC of your activities will be to mainly but not limited to:


- bring in the team talented and high-aiming new colleagues;


- design a wonderful induction experience for the new colleagues;


- evaluation of Employee Engagement & Satisfaction – Help to create, distribute, and interpret surveys to our employees and management team to ensure we as a company understand the impact of our initiatives and the needs of our teams;
- propose initiatives to increase overall employee engagement;

Talent development:

- create internal talent development programs to support team members as they grow in their career;
- mentor newer team members in instructional; design/development techniques, performance consulting and conducts train-the-trainer sessions as needed;
- facilitates corporate leadership programs and other key content using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions;
- provides oversight for our Talent & Organizational Capability operational needs. This includes the management of systems and processes like the Learning Management System, internal and external audits;
- share your expertise and act as single point of contact for the entire team in any HR related topic;
- take active part in the organizational development needs in order to achieve our business goals;
- and the magic continues with other tasks that make your days be fully gratifying


what qualifies you to meet your (potential) future colleagues is:

- experience (min 2 years) fully autonomous as an HR Business Partner;
- fluency in both Romanian and English;
- high business understanding, passion for HR and the contribution that it can bring to the business;
- great people skills, dynamic, energetic, emphatic and objective;
